Terrible technique and customer care.avoid all errors and all errors from customer after they wrongly installed the system .They area always right. No response for all the system error and claim weather or natural cause right less 1 month system has errors not reporting. Do not listen the sales person lied and force you to sign the papers without know whats in there. Its like 80s car dealers salesmen. After you signed the paper .salesperson quit .

Sunergy has been very informative and wonderful in term of prices and making the process easy . Compare prices with various solar companies and Sunergy offer affordable prices and plans . Charles Ellis sat with patient to explain the process and was present in all the steps, even in the installation !!! . Thank you for all your help .

I am currently dealing with a cancelled contract with this company. Days before the project was to start, I cancelled the installation of solar panels to my home due to a situation with my health and the decision being made by my family to build something smaller for me due to my health. I also explained I would like to transfer the service to the location where my new house is being built. I explained this to my salesperson who said it was no problem but there would be cancellation fees involved. Two days later they dropped the panels at my house to be installed. I called the main office and they said they would send someone out to pick them up and someone would be in touch about cancellation. I received several calls from a manager who has now given me a cancellation quote thats is 3 times higher than the one the salesman gave me. I reached out to see if I could please receive some clarification in this and also to have something in writing. It has been a month now, and the solar panels are still in my driveway. I have not received anything that clarifies what cancellation fees really are. Also, I was wanting to transfer this service to my new home but with all of this confusion, thats highly unlikely.

Right now I'm pretty ticked off with Sunergy. They have not completed everything listed on the contact and are somehow confused on the remaining item listed. Our sales rep, Trevor, was told by customer service a month ago to contact us to talk about the situation. He never has. He isn't answering texts or returning phone calls. In our attempts to go through customer service, they sent a $3500 bill for the task as though it is a new addition we requested. I can't even get a manager to call me. Sunergy, in my opinion, you're in breach of contract. Finish what we're already paying you to do. Don't expect the extra $3500 that we should not be charged for. It's been almost a year since my husband signed the contract, and the work is incomplete. Almost 2 months later (after my post), still not finishing the work that was only supposed to take about 4 months to begin with. Customer service doesn't seem to pick up calls anymore either. Did speak to sales rep in early May. Said he would clear things up and get Sunergy to complete the work Still, nothing has happened.

I hate posting bad reviews. I had my panels installed October of 2022. Ever since I've had numerous problems and now the company simply won't speak to me. 1. I thought I had a good sales rep until I found out more than half of what he told me was a lie, did not put it in my contract as promised and then shortly quit the company. You may Wonder why the contract was signed. My husband was approached to sign on my behalf after I had surgery and was assured that everything that was promised was in the contract. 2. I wanted to add additional panels prior to signing my contract but wasn't allowed. I was told if I needed to add panels later I could do so and roll them into my financing which I found out later was not true. 3. I spoke with several people about placement of these panels because we have very large oak trees I cannot get rid of and neighbors with large trees as well. I was very specific about where not to put the panels and was assured this would be taken care of. Again, right after surgery the panels were installed under the most shaded and inconvenient parts of my roof that did not face the Sun. I was told I could move them later if they did not produce enough energy which is correct however I would need to pay about $10,000 to move the panels that they incorrectly placed. They refused to correct this the day they installed the panels. 4. I have some very under-producing panels that I've been told by several people need to be serviced replaced or moved. They said this verbally but never in writing and I can't get the company to do anything about it. 5. As a way to work with the company I contacted them several times it took about 6 months for them to come out and measure for additional panels I was willing to finance separately. It took almost a day and a team of people simply to come out and measure my roof and tell me they would draft me a quote. They never got me to quote and no matter how many times I've asked for it they will not send me the quote so in a sense they are denying me the ability to purchase additional panels to make up for the lack of power I need. 6. I've saved a little bit on my power bill but nothing near what my power is supposed to be at. The company told me I had doubled my usage in kilowatt hours so I pulled my last 3 years of power usage and it has not changed yet for some reason they claim I am generating more than enough to cover my house I'm just using double or triple my kilowatt hours. I have the numbers to prove otherwise. 7. Finally, several months ago I was fed up and I contacted the company again to tell them to come take back their panels. Ever since then I have emailed many many times and now they simply don't respond. You may wonder why I'm emailing and not calling, is because I've been told so many lies over the phone and since I have no proof of what they said I have no recourse. My latest email was a couple of weeks ago and I've had zero contact with anybody from this company. Extra note, after some research I found these guys are on the more expensive side of solar panels. Like I said I don't like giving negative reviews but had I been told the truth about these guys before ordering panels I never would have gone with them. All I want is for someone with the company to email me back either discuss with me how to fix these problems or help me figure out how I can give your panels back because they're not worth it. Even on the sunniest clearest Texas day when nobody is home and nothing is being powered on, I'm still not generating enough to make a difference in my power bill in fact my electricity payments were about $120 a month with Reliant and now with your company I have the same electricity payments but now $140 additional financing payment.
