        First night someone stole my drainage system from my Rv. Other than that it was great! Club nights police always in front of park vividly seen, cars motorcycles and gun shots clear the air! And fights at the corner store you can hear clearly all weekend!

        I love this park! Staff: Very friendly works well with people. Park cleaning staff: I see them work hard in cleaning! Lots: Mowed and kept nice. And people that come and go are friendly and all way waves at yea hi .

        It was a nice place and quiet for the most part. Our spot was by the road which seemed quite busy even up to midnight. There were bumps in the road nearby as well so the cars made extra noise. I'd suggest requesting a spot away from the road.

        We told them we would be staying until the end of the year. They opted to kick us out to make money off people for the eclipse.

        It's not in the best part of town, and most of the spots are for permanent residents, but the staff was very friendly and helpful, and they've got decent amenities.
