        Front desk was very unhelpful. Could not even get a blanket for room. No breakfast or coffee down stairs. Room was not clean. Mildew on shower curtain, trash on bathroom floor carpet was so dirty in room you have to wear shoes. 1 ac stopped working in the middle of the night. Hallway smelled like weed and there were roaches crawling on the walls in the hallway. Side door to parking lot did not lock. Noteworthy details: Great location for hospital visits horrible experience with hospitality and cleanliness

        Older motel but was clean and a great location for appointments at Medical Center Houston area. Price for rooms very reasonable.

        The place needs alot of attention and friendlier staff. Made reservations way in advance,and the night after driving 7 1/2 hours we were told we had no reservations. They put us in a room for the night, but then had to change rooms. We have been customers since 2007. Hotel is run down. Do not recommend. Rooms: Room was pretty beat up and dirty under bed. Looks like they have same bedskirts since 2007.

        Terrible, nasty/ dirty room. Faulty equipment not working. Felt unsafe in hotel as well. Definitely would not recommend. Would give 0 stars if I could. Worst place Ive ever stayed.
