Radisson Hotel Houston Intercontinental Airport North

Parking customer. Web said free shuttle. An Indian stuff said free shuttle is for room customer only. Need to pay. Gave driver $10. Last visit for me.

I just left hotel, sent here for the night by United. I cant totally knock it because it was free, however, avoid this hotel if you can. There is a definite dank smell in the elevator and hallways. There were black stains on the pillows of one of the beds. The carpet was not clean, the grouting between the tiles in the bathroom was not clean and when the lights turned on in the bathroom, the fan turned on and was extremely loud and disruptive. Also, there was one shuttle in the evening to and from the airport, it was a 40min wait between shuttles, the next morning, tried to leave the hotel at 10am, there was no shuttle service at all, we had to take an Uber to the airport. Its decent if you dont have a choice, but if you have a choice, dont choose this one.

Nice room layout .. We reserved a balcony double bed with microwave and fridge . Got put in a room with no balcony . And no microwave. I dont like how the sink was out the tub and toilet area and the tub is in a area with no counter for my belongings. The bedding was clean and I loved the fact the blanket was freshly washed . Although our room had no microwave the front lobby did and they also have a snack shop but watch out its pretty pricey. The towels were white and clean and the tv is a nice size . I didnt like how house keeping came by every morning at 9am . And in some areas of the hall ways it smelled like pee . Other than that no stains on my room walls , no pets around , no smoke smelled hallways and a quiet hotel . Nice stay ! Would stay again
