        Bad customer service they are thief i order north face jacket and i never received i went back to the store 9 times to ask they said it was wrong address i change the address never sent it went back to the stored change it again address to the store never mind the just took my money and the jacket to

        I bought a black Columbia jacket in San Marcos, that lasted almost 10 years at $190. I bought the same jacket at Sun & Ski in Memorial City around 2 years ago, at almost $250. It's already falling apart. Zippers are breaking during normal use. I could buy a cheaper jacket at Walmart for less than half the price of these Columbia jackets, and they hold up to normal use better than this, (Starter Jackets). I'm very disappointed. I'm tall & skinny, so I don't put these jackets through any hardcore work conditions. I have no body fat. It only keeps me warm. All this happened before COVID-19 started. Now that inflation went up, I wouldn't dare be brave enough to waste my money on anymore Columbia jackets that prematurely fail before their time. Buyers beware....
