Our office hadn't received our toner yet and we were in a crunch because EVERYONE in the office seemed to need to print that day! A new employee gave me ETL's contact info so when I called they promised me it would be there that same afternoon and it was! They were life savers so we will be ordering from ETL from now on!! John and Annette Baldwin founded this great company in Houston in 1989, recycling and selling refurbished toner cartridges with their own, unique method that nearly eliminates the possibility of a refurbished toner cartridge leaking when in use in the printer: And, should a toner malfunction, which is rare, EasTex will not only come out with a warranty replacement cartridge, but will perform a service diagnostic and deep cleaning, and have your printer back up and in excellent working order -- typically within 24-hours. They also make service calls for onsite repair, perform routine maintenance as needed on all printers (can be set up separately, as needed, or on a recurring schedule), and do so with exemplar courtesy and professionalism. We've been customers of EasTex Laser for nearly 20-years, and have saved an incredible amount of money in that time (which is difficult to come by in our department) by using EasTex Laser cartridges on all our organization's printers/copiers. And, should a printer flake-out during the day, one phone call and they'll come out, identify the issue, and provide an estimate for repair (if parts are needed), and get it back in service quickly. John and Annette's proprietary refurbishing and refilling method makes their refurbished cartridges more dependable and reliable than their competitors; and, EasTex's environmentally-conscience refurbishing program and practice creates less waste, and therefore less petroleum-based plastics and other toxic materials in constant recycling rotation, cartridges that would otherwise end up in landfills.. Perhaps most importantly, especially to organizations with tight administrative budgets, EasTex typically sells them at half the cost one might pay if ordering brand new cartridges, and again, throwing them away, each time adding to the trash problem. They service the entire area, and are hands-down the finest, nicest vendors I've had the privilege of working with over the past 20+ years. I highly recommend them.
