Rio Grande Ranch Apartments

My Mother has been calling and calling no answer. She had already given, the deposit and they havent been able to tell her anything about the apartment or when to move in. She has shown up because they dont answer the phone and they are always close

Scheduled an appointment to view the apartments a week in advanced and when it came to the day no one showed up. I arrived early and the office was still empty. Even after waiting 30 minutes, nobody showed. I called the office multiple times and was greeted with an automated answering machine. If this is the treatment given to a potential tenant, I can only imagine the treatment someone who already lives there receives.

This place sucks! It's run down and ugly. The unkept Apts are a shame to Laredo's Living. There's trash everywhere and kids running on the street unsupervised. These roach infested village needs to go!

Very well kept property, excellent management, unit is at a decent price. Love the idea of enjoying the swimming pool with my family when summer comes.
