We use Clean Slate by Faith to do a post construction cleaning on one of our spec homes. The home was heavily coated in dust, and they did an amazing job getting it clean. We would highly recommend them to anyone. They were prompt, courteous, kind, and above all the communicated extremely well with us. We were very pleased with their service. Service: Deep clean

I had high expectations for this business as they have phenomenal reviews. Unfortunately, they did not do a very good job with my cleaning. They charged me $50 per hour and utilized a checklist to mark off multiple items as completed. However, there were multiple things that were not even close to being done. For example, the base of my toilet and baseboards were not wiped down at all. I got the impression that they just lightly cleaned the highly visible areas and didn't touch much of anything else. I was given the chance to have them come back and correct these issues, but I don't really have the time to do that and didn't want to have them back. As a courtesy, they waved a portion of my payment and gave me approximately a 30% discount on my initial service. I am not interested in doing business with them in the future, but I do appreciate that they at least try to reconcile the situation. I think that most people will have a better experience with them than me as indicated by these reviews, but I did have a pretty frustrating experience. Service: Standard cleaning
