STAY AWAY! I have had nothing but a headache with this dealer a bit of a long story but I had bought a bike from the guys last November and in July had a catastrophic failure apparently it had an issue from the factory and it happened within my year warranty no issue I assumed I they tear the bike down and tell me what happened and that they are working on it, a month passes I leave it be because they had to do a total tear down not a problem after a month I get a little worried so I call and they don't have any updates nothing really on it told me we're ordering parts they'll be here this day and we'll get it taken care of another month passes same thing I basically have to call daily at this point and almost harass them to get any info I got pased around to so many different people no one knew what was going on for them to tell me they were sure if the warranty would cover because they have no records of service well I bought all my filters from them everytime I did an oil change and I had the receipts from my oil purchases, finally get it sorted out in late September only for me to have the bike back for 6 hours and the entire engine blew up on me come to find out the tech that put my bike back together didn't do a great job at it and ruined the bike I had been paying on for almost a year and which 3 of those months it was with them in the shop didn't ever offer me a loaner while they worked on it so they bought the bike from me and used it as a trade in for a new bike and told me explicitly I would only owe what I owed on my other bike that it would be all caught up and cost the same well that was a lie I ended up after everything getting my first payment and I owe almost 2000 more then I did on the other bike I was ready to just take the loss whatever I got a new bike I don't have to deal with them only for the new bike they sold me to have a bad battery 2 months later I did everything i could to fix it tried charging it nothing worked it had sat in my shop for a week so i call tell them and ask them hey you picked my last bike up can you pick this one up they flat out refused me told me they don't do that that I'd have to bring it I rent or borrow a truck but they won't come get it and I live about 50 minutes away so I sag okay fine I'll figure it out I'll get it to you they call me back the next day offer to come get it so I wheel it out to my drive way so I don't have to later when they come for it they Pick it up no issues I wheel it on the trailer I don't watch them strap it down though they leave I wait a day because in my head im just like it's a battery it's a 10 minute job they'll call me yeah I was wrong they didn't call me when I called to get a corporate number they didn't give me it just gave me another number to the San Angelo dealer they don't know what's going on I explain they get into contact with lubbock and lubbock finally calls me to tell me yeah it was a bad battery that's all sorted but um you know your fork seals busted? In which it wasn't busted before they picked it up I'm obviously confused and even more annoyed now because the guy Blake tried to insinuate I was either wheelieing the bike or hitting bumps really hard in which I do neither and if the forks were leaking I'd have a mess in my shed where the bike was for the past week and I have no such marks or anything then the guy Blake proceeded to tell me i need to call and get updates that they arent going to call me so giving me an update my fork seals were busted obviously wasnt a prioirity on the list they planned on fixing it and charging me later obviously so not only did they put a bad battery on my bike and lie about the financing and how much I'd owe they damaged it and now it's down for only God knows how long so in short stay away make a trip and get a bike anywhere else because these guys have no idea what they are doing

Austin in Service has been a blessing, he is knowledgeable and has super people skills. Every dealership should be filled with an army of Austin's but the supply is limited. But if you need service make a bee line to the original at Family Power Sports in Lubbock, you won't regret it. I'm 80 and have been riding since I was 20 I know the real deal and friends it's Austin. Go have him help you like he helped me. You won't regret it.
