Excellent service from Doctor Ben, his assistant Abigail and the whole staff. Welcoming, professional, informative. They don't just provide care for children but it is a very kid friendly environment. I came during spring break so it was packed but it is a very well run facility.

Was awesome the first time we came this is our second and sat for 30 mins waiting before we left as we had groceries waiting at the heb will likely have to sit another 30 mins when we return even though no one was in there the whole time Update unsure of why these people make appointments we've been in the waiting room about 40 mins now so glad my kids missing school to sit in the waiting room when no one at all is even here yet again. Got here at 1015 is now 1050 ridiculous Last appointment here we've made an appointment with another dentist office while sitting and waiting 40 mins now past our time I don't understand why this place makes appointments when they can't ever keep them if I could give a negative rating I would

You should pay more attention to the staff in front of you, they spend all their time talking and don't pay attention to who is arriving...

Ive been coming in for a long while. My son has braces. This place use to be fun for my kids. But since the last 6 months the service has been horrible. Every time we come in, we wait about an hour & even with an appointment scheduled a month before, even after you sign in & give a payment you have to literally remind them that youre in the lobby waiting! This is unacceptable once my son finishes appointments we will not return.

I had two different appointments, first one they said they couldnt find my kids in the system! That was last week, they had an appointment today & they said again that they couldnt find them in the system ! Then I said do you want me to go get the appointment card from my car ? Receptionist said no its ok I believe you ! She then proceeded to say orthodontist wasnt there today either ! At this point I was already upset & said well my kids have missed school twice to come here ! She apologized and said do you want me to reschedule? I said no its ok Ill just look for another doctor ! I dont know if its happened to other people or just me ! But this is the reason I dont recommend this place !
