Anago Commercial Cleaning Services of Dallas

We hired Anago Cleaning in 2021 - at first they seemed very promising but as the months went by the cleaning service started to decrease in quality. When I notified the owner and his assistant- they did nothing about it. I sent numerous emails to the owner and never received an answer. Towards the end I noticed that the crew came in and never cleaned after reviewing my cameras - when I addressed this to Anago they accused me of lying - which I was shocked because my cameras clearly showed the crew walking in and within 5 minutes walking back out. Not only that they always messed up on billing and charged more than they should have. Do yourself a favor cheap payments dont always equal quality. Stay away from this company. Its a scam!

We have been utilizing this service for a couple of months. The cleaning is inconsistent and is not completed thoroughly. The contract is detailed and expectations are outlined by Anago. We utilized an independent contractor in our last office and decided to move to a commercial cleaning company when we relocated during Covid.
