I have nothing but good things to say about Patterson Insurance. They respond fast, shop the rates and have saved me countless hours of frustration, dollars. They are my 1st stop for all my insurance product needs. Shout out to Micah Hahn for getting our business insurance policy taken care of in less than 24 hrs and getting us a great policy. Bravo!

Alex Moran, Claim Manager with Patterson & Associates Insurance did an excellent job of guiding me through the process of getting my vehicle repaired when someone bumped the back of my SUV. The damage was minimal. Just enough to be an inconvenience, but needed to be repaired. I'm so grateful to Alex for going above and beyond. Working in the real estate industry, I know many insurance professionals, but Patterson & Associates has done a wonderful job of taking care of us every time we've needed them.

This company is absolutely awful. We had major policies with them only to find our that we could get the same policies at another company for 1/3 the annual cost... literally thousands of dollars cheaper per year. I also agree with the previous post about Nancy Cruse... she is extremely unprofessional. Please shop around first. Save yourself the time, money and frustration.

The absolute worst Bond Manager at this company. Her name is Nancy Cruz and She never gets back with you. We filled out a bond application and had a deadline. She never even let us know either way. We found another company and are definitely better off!!

Alex has been super helpful as we worked through our claim even though we were filing against the other parties insurance. Alex was quickly accessible by phone / email and helped us navigate the process and answer questions. Thanks Alex!
