I made the mistake of trying to repair my laptop myself by watching YouTube videos. Called this place and scheduled a time to come in for a diagnostic. Marc was very responsive and helpful over the phone. When I came in he was great at explaining the situation and trying to fix the problem in the most cost and time efficient way possible. The results came out great and they gave me a great deal. I highly recommend and will come back whenever I need computer repair

This morning the unthinkable happened, my laptop wouldnt even turn on. Not even the whir of the fan! I was dreading having to spend tons of money on a new laptop. I saw all the great Google reviews about this place so I decided to check it out for myself. I drove across town to have them check out my laptop and within seconds Nahvid had the diagnosis. It turns out it was only a bad charger cable. I was thrilled with the service and professionalism. Thank you!!!
