Great location with very efficient and friendly stylists! First visit here and made a walk-in appointment based on their sign outside welcoming walk-ins. Stylists immediately welcomed and signed me in after the already scheduled appointments. I hadn't signed up online so had to wait which was initially ok since I was told about this in advance. I waited to be seen after the scheduled online appointments showed up and was next in the que when somehow I was pushed back to a later position after the very first online appointment that was a no show finally arrived very late and was somehow pushed ahead of me. Not sure what the policy is for this but I think at some point, online appointments that are a no show or late need to automatically go to the back of the line after everyone already signed in, whether an online appointment or a walk-in already signed in and waiting in the salon. Obviously also a lesson learned on my part, definitely make your appointment online even though the sign says they take walk-ins! 😁
