We incorporated all of her suggestions as we were preparing our home for sale. Because of her reputation in the neighborhood, soon after the "Coming Soon" sign went up in our front yard, we received a request for a viewing. One day later, we had a full-ask offer. The house never even hit the market! This was our first time using Tiffany and we're thankful that we did!

Tiffany has helped me buy two homes and sell one. She's incredibly helpful, consistently available to answer questions, and she fights to get her client the best possible price on either side of the transaction. She is very knowledgeable about San Antonio real estate and markets in general. Years after buying my home she still is willing to answer questions even though there's no monetary benefit to her. We first met Tiffany in April of this year to ask for her help in preparing our house for sale. She came to the meeting so prepared that we learned things about our house we never knew!
