Banfield Pet Hospital

Our 6 year old large female dog needed emergency surgery and Banfield Pet Hospital welcomed us with open arms! Everyone was so attentive, asked questions, educated us on the findings and even checked up on us after the procedure. This was all new for us but they walked us through every step of the way. Beyond impressed and in awe.

Editing my review from 3 to 5 stars. We have had some ups and downs with getting through on the phone in the past but now that I was there in person to see, the staff are sadly over flooded by phone calls. I feel this location needs a larger area for the Banfield part of the store and definitely a larger desk with a few more staff to man the phones. The two lovely ladies who I had the chance to speak with while getting my fur babies in were very caring and nice. I had to wait a while to speak with the first one because the phone calls were non stop coming through and there were two other people waiting to get a pet taken in to the back and another waiting to received their pet. If you have a tight schedule or are trying to squeeze bringing in or getting a pet, best advice is go early or have someone you trust to bring in or get your pet for you. When they did get a chance to get to me they were polite, went over everything thoroughly and made sure everything was correct for my fur babies. They took my pets back and when it was around the time to pick them up the Veterinarian went over everything over the phone with me and made sure to ask if there were any extra concerns or things that they might need. If you can get through to this place, they honestly do their best. I've worked the customer service end in this area of town and I do not envy what they probably go through over the phone. Please be patient, caring and kind. They are doing their best with what they have to their availability here.

Sometimes they're great but the majority of times they're just extremely way too busy I have all my animals all 10 of them on wellness program and they still don't prioritize me as much money as I spend there as many animals as I have program they are overwhelmed understaffed
