Pool moutain lake cold, hot tub inferno left kids legs red. Had floating scum across top and jets didn't even turn on. Beds were dirty and bathroom had toothpast and black stuff on shower walls. Definitely disappointed. Called before making reservations and was told the pool was fixed and heated again. Find somewhere else to stay until after remodel is complete.

Hotel room was overpriced for the accommodations. While I understand that the hotel was under construction that did not account for the bed that you could feel springs through or the lack of cleanliness throughout the room. Carpets were stained, couch and chairs were stained. Thick layer of dust on carpet around the baseboards. Splashes of food on the walls from previous visitors.

The worst ever stay. Our room was not clean when we checked in at 9:00 PM. 4 (of 5) lights in the bathroom didn't have light bulbs. The light over the microwave was out. The microwave had food covered paper towels in it. Dog food under the sink in the bathroom- not a pet friendly hotel. Coffee supplies/bathroom towels were not stocked. We spoke w/manager Ally the next morning; she apologized, comped our 1st night and said everything would be taken care of. Well- only the maintenance (Freddie) was taken care of and the bed was made- PERIOD!! The next morning as we had to ask for coffee and towels AGAIN- Ally didn't ask us if everything was alright/fixed. She totally ignored us. We are here for 7 days, I asked today to have service please- you have to request a day in advance !!! I will definitely be contacting corporate- this is unacceptable!!! Unfortunately, we couldn't change hotels as everyone was booked for our time frame We have stayed here many times before and obviously been pleased, since we kept coming back. We sure won't again!!! I gave it one star for Freddie. The breakfast was awful. And no clock in the room- oh and the bathroom vent was sooo gross- as if it hadn't been cleaned in months!!!!

Comfortable and quiet. Could use a deep cleaning. Mold in bathroom.
