She was very communicative, extremely prompt in responding, very helpful with explaining things that we didn't understand, and overall just a wonderful person! She was definitely on our side and worked so hard to make sure we got what we needed, when we needed it and was always so happy to answer any questions we had throughout the process.

Michelle was wonderful to work with getting our new home loan. We had a sale fall through on our house but after much patience, a new buyer and a lot of reworking the paperwork we finally got into a new home. Love the website to manage the loan and the customer service helping set up the auto payments. I look forward to working with Michelle again to refinance when the rates come down.
