Paid for the annual service and had about 6-8 months of cleaning. Service was great while it lasted and then all of a sudden he stopped coming. No response, no explanation, nothing. Ive tried calling numerous times with no response. I was just charged for another service even though I had cancelled. Do not use this service or company. Service: Cleaning

We paid Nate a years worth of trash bin cleaning and he only showed up a few months. After I and my partner both reached out to him numerous times to see what was going on, we requested our money back. Still have not received a reply or a refund. This guy preaches on his Facebook that we should be there for each other struggling during this pandemic and hard times and yet scams people out of money. Pretty lame. Do NOT use his services. Happened to the family that lives below us in our condos as well. Service: Cleaning

UPDATE 5/1/2020 Was charged again!!!!!!! 2 years after canceling. Went straight to a dispute with my bank. He ended up calling me and said that I had to cancel the dispute and that was the only way to refund me. After talking to my bank I found out he was trying to avoid a fee that he had to pay to my bank for the dispute. After calling him back and telling him I was not canceling he said okay You dont have to lie to people to get business. I loved the service when it was actually done. But they are very unreliable with when they get cleaned. I canceled my membership when we sold our house and was still charged again at the year mark. After almost 3 months of back and forth calling and emailing and being told 3 different times he would refund me no problem, i finally had to dispute it with my bank since he never called me back the last time. Wouldn't recommend.

Okay. I wish I would have read the other reviews before I signed up.... The guy WAS really nice. But they didn't come out when they SAID they would. I had all of the emails with what dates they would come, and they didn't come out. I talked to them on the phone and was told when they were going to come out. Nope. He tried to come out on a Saturday and I had no idea he was going to do that. They don't usually work on Saturdays. I didn't get any notification. He tried calling when he was already here. If I get an email saying you are going to be here on a certain date, you need to come. When I called to cancel, he ended up getting frustrated and told me he would "get around to" refunding me. Then he hung up. Not a great way to handle that. When running a business, you need to expect that you are going to have unhappy customers. You need to handle it professionally. This wasn't professional. We ended up having to dispute the charges with our bank.
