I work at Ditch Witch of The Rockies and was able to have the pleasure of working with Amber with Utah Broadband about some parts sales and registration. She is an AMAZING communicator and great customer service. She was so sweet and answered my emails so quickly. She is awesome and stood out to me from the get go. Great job having her apart of your company!

Over 3 hour wait, and counting for customer service for an outage today. A few months ago had repeated outages of our internet. Came out and swapped dishes for supposedly a better, more reliable service. Still have outages and at 1/3 of the previous speeds we were getting. Unfortunately where I live UBB is a virtual monopoly. No cable options.

Was not the Comcast alternative I was hoping for. When my credit card expired (or got switched to a new one due to fraud) and I forgot to tell them, and my internet got shutoff on a workday with not advanced notice, they acted like I did this on purpose. To what end, I have no idea. Their support hours are bad (not open til 8:30am) and one time, they did not answer the phone until 9 am due to a meeting. That was the phone recording. We aren't answering because we're in a meeting. When I didn't have internet on that workday, they said they had emailed me 3x. However, I had 15,000 emails in my Gmail account at that time, and when I searched for their name, not a single email came up. but again, they only made my day harder - I already had to tell my boss I had no internet - now I gotta feel like a child being scolded. #justno In response to the owner: of course i canceled. If i had known what this was going to be like, i never would have enrolled. This review is for the people. You are welcome.

Not a very reliable internet. Their billing department billing department is awful.

We have had 2 other internet services in Heber Valley, but Utah Broadband is far superior. Not only when we were still on a satellite dish, but now with fiber optics it is so fast & reliable. UBB customer service is outstanding. They do not out source ,and you always get help & an answer. They are a local company that is dedicated to placing customer first!
