Visionworks The Shoppes at Fashion Place

We have visited this location multiple time but this visit was much better than previous visits due to the front office staff change. The doctors weve seen have always been fantastic, but their front office was terribly disorganized and not very knowledgeable. However due to the change, they were much more organized and knowledgeable than previous visits. We really appreciated all their attention to detail, professionalism and knowledge of the products.

Great experience! I have been to the American Fork, Sugarhouse, and Everett WA Visionworks. This one has by far been the best. They were not pushy to upsell and were very kind. Thanks again yall!

Visionworks sent me faulty glasses which I returned twice. Then they couldn't get the frames to take the prescription lenses. They kept giving me no solutions to a simple problem. All I wanted were some different frames if the current ones wouldn't work. It's been 3 months trying to resolve this simple issue. I was forced to pay a sales tax again because the insurance claim had to be reprocessed. The local staff were doing the best they could but upper management at Visionworks just don't care. I'd avoid Visionworks.
