Lived at the Flats for 2 years, and absolutely loved it. Easily our favorite apartment, and the staff is the best weve seen since moving to UT. If youre considering moving here, you wont regret it!

I would give a 5 if this "Paint and Wall repair" charged 220 from my security deposit. I lived in flat for 18 months and I didn't do anything with the apartment wall such as hanging wallpaper or pin on the wall. The images I posted are either dirts or natural wear & tear overt the 18 months. I looked up the definitions online about what is consider "Normal Wear & Tear", none of the evidence they provided me is outside of normal examples. Some examples I looked up what is consider normal: - Ripped or faded wallpaper. - Peeling, faded, or cracked paint, including ceiling paint. - Holes in the wall, including nail holes and pins. - Cracks in the walls. I still give a 3 for the kindness of most apartment's staff being nice over the past 18 months. It's not a great feeling for me to write down this issue here because the negotiation with the staffs who are in charge of this is lack of helpfulness and effectiveness. They said there is nothing they can do about and the money is already charged, but they can't tell me which part of the wall is falling into "Non-Normal" category. They refuse to have the further conversation about the whether or not this is consider normal, and just saying this doesn't look unnatural causes to me. Compare to the 18 months that 220 charge is nothing, but the way they make tenant pay for not their responsibility is unfair to me. Sadly have to write this review to end with the flats.
