Definitely go elsewhere if you have the option!! Really, really frustrated. Not my first time here, have been several times before with no big problems. Some smaller ones but of course that's life! We can deal with that. Last night my husband went after work to get the tire fixed at 530. They close at 6. They said they couldn't do it as it was too late and to come back in the morning. They filled the tire up and sent him on his way. So this morning, my husband woke up early to get there and get my tire fixed before he had to be to work. He showed up right when they opened at 730. He told them the problem. They were very nice, said no problem and took the car right back. 45 minutes later he asked the front desk how much longer as he had to be to work soon. They checked in the back, and said it would be another 45 min to an hour. He asked why so long and they said they hadn't even started on it yet! 🤯 Like what? So he had to take the car and leave without getting fixed and I was stuck with no car for the day as the tire has a pretty fast leak. So disappointed. Why didn't they tell him when he arrived that they wouldn't be able to start on it for an hour? And why couldn't they start on it for an hour? He was the only one there. Totally disrespectful to someone who wants to give you their business. If you have the option, go somewhere else. They don't seem to care about your time or support, unfortunately.
