The apartments are beautiful. However we decided we not to rent here because our experience was very poor. Stephanie told us she could not give us a tour since she was clocking out early for a personal errand. We did not have an appointment we are aware of that but we were only in the city for the weekend. Her scheduled visit never showed up and she decided to do us a favour and quickly show us an apartment. Really didnt feel welcome such a shame such a nice place but such bad service

Pretty disappointed that they no showed me for a virtual appointment. I called the next day and left a voicemail and still did not hear back.

The Olive is a great place to live! My time here has been a very positive experience. Jesse and Steph are an awesome management team. They're personable, and respond quickly to any concern. On top of that the location couldn't be more perfect.

Update: We broke our lease after 3 months. Too many things werent being addressed. Upon discussing with the property manager (she seem somewhat fair) but it wasnt enough. After leaving the place spotless, they still proceed to charge me for carpet cleaning, new paint color (mind you they finally put up the blinds promised upon signing the lease when we were leaving. Made holes in the wall.) but they proceeded to charged me. By this point I wanted to break ties so badly I said f it! Worst rental experience in SLC. The apartment seems like its worth it, its not! We moved into another property under the same corporate management, night and day! I was concerned at first because Jon claimed to be buddies with the property manager. Which automatically made our walls go up. But needless to say she is not! I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Good luck if you rent here! I would suggest not moving here! We have been here about 2 months and not one thing of our concerns been fixed! I dont even try to interact with the office anymore, poor customer service! I dont trust Jon (manager). After we complained about our upstair neighbor, at 1:20am someone kept ringing our doorbell till finally my mom woke up to go see who it was. The doors have no peephole (Major safety issue. I dont know how I missed that during touring). There was a guy in the hallway, ONLY one standing there! And when she asked him if he was the one ringing the bell he claimed he wasnt. She closed the door and it continued again. When she went to open, the person had left and then all you heard was commotion upstairs. She told Jon and his reply was It was probably just a prank. Mind you it was just our door; the neighbor directly in front was not included in this Prank. But why is that a response? Thats not okay! Jason, the maintenance guy seems like he tries to be helpful as much as hes granted to do. Honestly, your money would be spent in at a different place. All these 5 stars, I questions it.
