        Ive lived here about a year now and two things make it my favorite apartment yet: 1) the pickleball court and 2) their maintenance staff is fantastic. Shoutout to Jay for fixing my dishwasher!

        I've been living at 702 Apartment for 1.5 years. Overall, it's been a positive experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to amenities and transportation. The maintenance team is prompt and responsive to any issues.

        Great place to live! Walls are super thick, the place is clean, they have a dog wash in the building. Swimming pool is on the roof top so are other amenities. Management is nice and takes actions right way

        I have been staying in this apartment for more than an year now and no complains, moreover the amenities we get to see here are well maintained and the best part is big deck area with pool , basket ball, etc. I would also like to mention that Jay the maintenance technician we have here has been very helpful whenever we ran into any issues or maintenance needed in the apartment.
