      • Intuitive Empress

        Pretty unprofessional staff when you come in to take care of things and they look over you like you’re a fly on the wall. Making us wait for over ten minutes, stating they are busy while all on the phones and one lady manager had poor unprofessional, unfriendly manner. They truly didn’t seem to care to wait on us but rather make us wait unnecessarily longer than we should’ve have. One guy repeatedly kept taking incoming calls rather than assist customers in lobby waiting. Not one employee even tried to make us a priority. Terrible Customer Service.

        What happened to sit down let's go through this? Nope drop your paperwork off we will call you when it's done. Yeah nothing bad could possibly go wrong with that. That is a very bad way of doing anything!!!!
