I love this bank! Every time I've needed help I go to Brittney. She explains things in detail and makes me feel like she's happy to help. I will not bank anywhere else.

Had a minor car accident right outside their building when my car high-centered on a large pile of icy snow I didn't see. Within a minute or two, 3 employees ran out and offered to help. They stayed there helping me shovel, push, and tow until my car was free. I was incredibly grateful for not only their helpfulness but their attitude of excitement to help which made the whole situation better. Not only do they take good care of your money, they care about you as a person. Very appreciated!

Central Bank has been an important partner of Kids Who Count! As a small nonprofit we have been banking with them for decades and they have come through for and helped us in so many ways. When we applied for paycheck protection during COVID-19, the staff of the SF branch helped us through the application process and we received our funds in 2 days! They really care about the community they serve.

Very Disappointing! I went to take money out of my account to find that CENTRAL BANK had closed my account without out my knowledge or consent and sent my $2,000 to the state. I verified my contact information with the bank staff and my address and phone number were listed correctly. I told the bank staff that I had not received anything in the mail or a phone call stating they were going to close my account due to inactivity. The bank staff also said that it was strange, but there were no notes stating that they had tried to contact me; it was because they hadn't. Long story short they said there was nothing they could do for me and it was my problem to get my money back from the state. Just be aware if you have do business with Central Bank they can close your account without your knowledge and then it is your problem to recoup funds!
