A true lifesaver! We had an issue with our faucet in the bathtub in the upstairs bathroom. It was not pulled alright, and the water pressure was low. We contacted our management company since we rent the place and they sent their handyman. Even though he did everything he could, he ran into a complex situation that demanded a plumber, so he asked the management company to send us a plumber. I hope I got the name of the person who came right, I think it was Josh, a young guy, if not I am truly sorry. But he was such an amazing and straightforward person. He was honest about the job and gave us all the information we needed before he began working. It was a hard task to pull out a part of the old valve that got stuck there. To our surprise he did it! And he truly saved us from going into the weekend without water at all. We are truly grateful and blessed to have had the service so quickly on a Friday afternoon before the weekend. Superb service and an amazing feeling. Thank you so much for everything, we are so happy and grateful for your service! We highly recommend them, they are truly amazing!
