        You sent us a text saying our order was canceled and to reach out to you directly for more information. After six phone calls and leaving you two voicemails, we still got no response from you. You did end up delivering the flowers today, but for some reason you still decided not to call us back. Unbelievably bad business practice. I am really not impressed with your company at all.

        I was beside myself looking for a florist in Utah to fill my request. I wanted a beautiful spray for my Aunt. The online providers did not have what I was looking for or said they could not fulfill until May. Erin answered the phone and was very warm and kind as she listened to me talk through my tear about my special Aunt. She was more than willing to accommodate. She told me she would send a picture for final approval before delivery. My family was thrilled!!! They said it was by far the most arrangement at the funeral.

      Hello Sarah. I’m Erin, the owner, and am currently out of the country with only the ability to text. My employee had a medical emergency yesterday and had to be rushed to the hospital. I’m sorry that your calls were missed, but I am glad to hear my on call employee was able to come in to get your arrangement sent, along with everyone else’s. As you can read in our reviews, this doesn’t happen. If it does, something’s amiss. We don’t make it a practice here to ignore phone calls. My employees health and wellness is a top priority and they mean the world to me. Without them, Simply Flowers wouldn’t be what it is today. That is a business practice every employer should implement.

Even though we are florists first and foremost, Halloween is our favorite time of year and it brings us much joy in knowing you enjoy our little shop and everything it has to offer during the Halloween season.
