Our turbocharger actuator failed coming across Nevada on Memorial Day weekend, and we were able to limp to the dealership. Steve greeted us at 6 a.m. on Tuesday and got our coach into the shop shortly afterwards. Within a couple of hours they had diagnosed the problem and had a new part in stock. They got the part installed, but it turned out to be defective, so they had another one overnighted right away. The new part arrived by 11:00 the following day, and was installed in time for us to get back on the road by about 2:30 that afternoon. While our coach was in the shop for the repairs they let us plug in to a 120v outlet to keep our refrigerator running. They also had a driver's lounge and small cafe upstairs that gave us a place to hang out, and to get something to eat. We really appreciated the professional attitudes displayed by everyone we came in contact with at the front desk, and out in the shop. And we especially appreciated how quickly they got our coach in the shop and completed the repairs in spite of running into a bad part along the way. We highly recommend this business, and would come here again if we needed help in the future.
