        Trying to schedule an appliance repair with this business is nearly impossible and absolutely frustrating. Nearly 2 weeks of emails back and forth and the response is always, "we'll contact you when we can schedule a repair" with no reason.

        Dave & Shannon are the BEST! I needed a fridge yesterday, and they accommodated my driving to Brattleboro and coordinated pickup. Great store. And, my condolences to the Carbonell family; Ray was a great guy.

        I cannot say enough good things about Coco Plum!! I got exactly what I wanted for hundreds less than lowes. Service was fast and easy. The employees are so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond!!! Thank you!!

Over the years Cocoplum has grown from a single showroom in Brattleboro, VT to opening two other locations: Keene, NH in 1995 and Essex Junction, VT in 1999. We work closely with contractors, builders, home associations, government housing, and homeowners, and we can provide pricing accordingly. We deliver all over New England and provide service for every product we sell. We are happy to compete with all the "big name" stores out there and our expert sales team is so knowledgeable it will surely impress you.       Hello Gabriela, we are very sorry to hear that you feel this way. We have you scheduled for service this coming Wednesday 3/20/24. Your landlord made this arrangement with us. Given the fact that your landlord is paying for the repair we need to work with him as far as scheduling and so on. In all fairness you did not provide us the model number information that we needed to get the necessary parts for a week. I am sorry you felt it was necessary to take this route and we'd be happy to discuss this with you further. Please call our office anytime Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00. Thank you and enjoy your weekend. We will see you Wednesday.
