        Service with Culligan is very disorganized. They do not keep their appointments, even when you confirm with them. They always have excuses and do not communicate well with us. One se Vice rep. had a broken bag of salt and left a trail through the house and down into the cellar. Did not clean it up or let us know. We found the trail of salt after he left. The usually do not leave enough chemicals on their quarterly delivery so we need to run down to Colchester to pick up what we need. They need to get some reliable people working for them.
