Laurie was incredible guiding me as a first time home buyer in a very competitive and unpredictable 2021 market. She went the distance, literally, took care of many offers and contracts promptly, and had some very good advice that was crucial for me given I had no experience. She was always reachable/responsive practically around the clock and a solid communicator. She and Wayne also provided us with the most thoughtful housewarming gifts after the purchase of our home. As first time home buyers, Laurie was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the entire process. She was always available at all hours of the day and even nights to assist us. We also felt she was very dedicated to finding us our perfect home. Once she found something she thought would be a good fit she made sure we were the first to see it.
