I ordered a new 5 series from the Montpelier VT branch. The salesman Anthony was very helpful, knowledgeable about the product, patient with my questions and delivered the tractor when he promised. He even followed up after the sale to make sure it was all as expected. Excellent experience and highly recommended.

We have a John Deere Gator which is approximately 14 years old. It was a popular model which is hard to find these days. Newer models, unfortunately, have gotten bigger and outrageously expensive. When our Gator started having issues after all these years, these folks offered excellent customer service. The service manager spent a great deal of time researching the causes for the issues and took the time to communicate findings and progress. He did this as much as we needed and was gracious in his communication. United Ag and Turf in Middlebury have knowledgeable John Deere mechanics who are trained, experienced and educated about the machines. That is who you want working on your irreplaceable farm vehicle that requires daily use. I felt heard regarding the issues I observed while driving, and they responded to my concerns and dig deeper into causes. We ended up spending a small fortune repairing the Gator but I know that they stand behind their work and respond with more graciousness and thoroughness when questions or concerns arise. That is who I want working on our valuable farm vehicle. Customer service is very important to me and these folks deserve a 5 star rating in that department alone. Fortunately, were back on the road, and off road, with fingers crossed that this Gator has another 12-15 years without issue. If we do, I hope these folks are around!

Wouldnt buy anything here again. I bought a Klaus hay rake, and broke the shield. Brought it in to get repaired and they told me they dont deal with Klaus anymore. They had a shop full of mechanics, welding equipment and tools and they wouldnt touch it. Turned me away in the middle of hay season. After I spent easily 40k in equipment there. These people do not stand behind their products. Im shopping for a new baler and side by side, but I wont buy it here. 10 minutes with a welder would have made you 30k in equipment sales. Dumb.
