I had a very good experience getting in on short notice to replace a lost filling. The tooth had been problematic in the past, and to make it easier for me she gradually numbed the area twice, to prevent the problem I had last time of hitting the nerve with the novocaine needle. I was pleased with the amount of time she took to discuss my concerns, and to explain the work she needed to do to repair the damage to my tooth. All of the staff I met were pleasant, caring, and helpful.
