Property cancelled my room that I booked well in advance to view the eclipse, due to renovations Lo and behold they seem to still be open and likely just marked up the price for that night. Shady practices. Couldnt recommend less.

EN: We made a reservation for March 31, 2024 on the IHG app, when we arrived there were almost naked people smoking in the room doors on the first floor, there was trash outside everywhere and tires as if the hotel rooms were rented as apartments, really a shame. We decided to cancel our reservation even though we lost our money. Be careful with the photos on the internet, they don't look like reality. ES: We reserve a reservation for March 31, 2024 through the IHG app, when you park in the parking lot with half-closed doors and smoke in the doors of your home, you can use all of your vehicles and vehicle lids outside as well as in your home. At the hotel we arrived as apartamentos, when we really asked, we decided to cancel the reservation and lose our dinner. Tengan cidado a las fotos, no son neda parecidas a la reality

Theres people hanging outside in the parking lot drinking, smoking, and only lord knows what else. I get upstairs to my room and theres bugs crawling on the walls, and paper towels. The noise level of the guess directly next to me (partying) is inexcusable as I am a traveling nurse. This hotel/extended stay is not at all exceptional! Rooms: Old and out dated furniture, along with visible bugs!
