Mountain Orchids

Darrin is probably one of the most friendly plant person in the business. He is also a great grower of many rare and exotic plants. He responds to emails and questions promptly. He also charges only shipping despite the fact his packing is very meticulous and he pays attention to details (Are you listening, Dancing Oak Nursery?). I wish other business are just like Mountain Orchids.

This has been the most enjoyable and educational experience I have had in quite awhile. Darrin is knowledgeable and very willing to please his customers. He goes out of his way to make sure all is well. His plants are beautiful and arrive ready to look beautiful in my home. He is also a very patient man. I tend to ask Darrin quite a few questions and he always answers me nicely.

I ordered two plants and one came in pretty bad shape after traveling. So I took some pictures of the plant and contacted the owner about the issue. The owner offered the replacement and shipped it right away. Great customer service! Thank you!
