        Since moving to VT from Texas a few years ago, it has been impossible to find a decent bbq joint around. Almost impossible. Well that changed today because this little gem of a place made me feel like I was at a food truck in downtown Austin. You have no idea how amazing it is to find a joint that helps cure your homesickness. Everything was fantastic here. The brisket, the sides, etc. It was worth every penny. I dont think there was a single thing I tasted that didnt leave me with a smile. I will definitely be back. Also Im not sure if it was the owner that helped me today but he was amazing. You can tel how passions he was about his food. He even threw in a few goodies to try. That cornbread was stupid good.
