        Worse location i been to the wait time very long . Even the outside part is delayed And they're not as friendly no greeting or anything . I'm used to my Suffolk location.

        All associates at NavyFederal are committed to extraordinary customer service, and it is worth your time to park and go inside to get the full NFCU vibe. Also, the teller pods are the coolest thing ever. Instead of a wall with associates behind, they have an open service area with each teller working from behind a pod. Your transaction therefore appears to be the most important item the associate is working on all day. This level of service is at a Swiss banking level.
