Finding a lender and going through the loan process for home buying can by a stressful experience. But working with John made the whole process very easy. He helped us with getting the right loan type that we needed and walked us through the whole process so that it went seamlessly. Brian was incredibly responsive and his team stepped up to a 20 day closing(!) which we ended up actually doing in 30 days, per seller request, but his team would have had us ready in 18! The process was easy, and not very time or document intensive. I've purchased a number of homes and this was by far the smoothest financing transaction! Would highly recommend.

Tim Dagata at Presidential was extremely thorough in walking us through the entire home lending process and proactively added an educational component to it, which as a first time home buyer was much appreciated. The level of Tim's communication, care and professionalism in our home lending experience was at the highest level and I really appreciated how Tim presented all options to us, but also took the time to really sit down and make sure no stone was unturned and every question answered.
