Great location with lots of restaurants around. I had gotten a flat tire shortly before arriving to the hotel. The gentleman named Joseph, I believe the maintenance/tech lead, went out of his way to make sure I had the proper tools and help to get it changed. He assisted me despite it being Below freezing outside and kept me great company. I really appreciated him taking the time out of his day. Great guy anyone should want on their staff. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Some occasions are loud but it's quite at night. Only one elevator working it's barely efficient, but it needs inhancement.

Hotel cancelled my confirmed reservation due to overbooking. I had even picked out a room and checked in that morning on the app. After a long day of business meetings I got bumped late in the afternoon. They couldn't find anywhere else for me to stay other than an Extended Stay Amrica and refused to rebook me anywhere better despite availability (Weston had rooms for $200 more). The reason given was that I'm "only a silver member" so when they overbook (their fault) they bump lesser members first. Awarded me some extra points as compensation but refused to bump me to a higher "status" so I could avoid this fate in the future. By far my worst experience at a Hilton property. Made an already long day even more stressful. Noteworthy details: They overbook and cancel confirmed reservations.

We tagged along on a work trip and this is where we stayed. Pros: * The king bed and pullout bed were both fresh and clean. * The kitchenette includes a toaster, small coffee maker, 2 electric burners, and a dishwasher. It is fully stocked with dishes and utensils (for 4) as well as a pitcher, and pots & pans. Even has a paper towels. * Many easily accessible, well functioning outlets. (Not loose, they all worked) * Full size lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioners provided (Its good stuff too smells amazing!) * Comfortable amount of space for a longer stay. * On Wednesdays, they have just about the neatest thing; aside from their usual continental breakfast they have a soup and salad bar from like 6-7:30! (Might be different every week, not sure) * Staff was very nice and were always ready to help. Cons: (minor inconveniences really) * The toilet dripped and made random noises, was also a bit touchy to flush. * Fridge was a bit loud. * The TVs were a bit wonky, guides wouldnt give info, random channel changes, turn one on/off they both come on/off. * Pool towels are comically small * On the end of the hotel the stairs only go down to the fire exit, as opposed to having access to the other entrance which was only mildly annoying just because I had to go the long way out the whole week. Overall, Id stay again if ever in the area. Had a nice experience with the place in general!
