I met Lisa Watts (Griffin-Owens) on 2-7-19. She was professional, friendly, informative and answered all my questions about my Auto /Home Insurance policies. She is an asset to Griffin-Owens ! I will refer her to future possible clients.

I inquired about a possible car I had in mind and wanted to see what my insurance will look like , the fact that I was not at the dealership about to purchase the vehicle, Melanie still took the time to get me a quote and called me with information, she works wonders, and it was all done in the same day, I mean the best of the best service.

For the most part I didn't have an issue with Nationwide/Griffin Owens Insurance Group until I tried to cancel several policies and then working with Katherin Jordan (Taty) was a nightmare. On Aug. 4 I emailed her to cancel a policy, when I hadn't received any response by Oct. 7th I decided to inquire about it with Nationwide but they kicked me back to Griffin Owens because apparently only they were able to cancel it. I didn't hear back from Katherin until Oct.12 when she sent me a document full of errors for me to sign. When Katherin finally called she had all kinds of excuses, that Nationwide was the only one who could cancel my policy, that her coworker was sick and she had been trying to take care of her work, that her coworker was the one who reached out to me for an appointment instead of me (to suggest she tried to contact me I assume). I tried to ask her exactly what her office did versus Nationwide and she just couldn't even explain this. I don't expect humans to be perfect but she really failed to respond to my emails and then tried to lie about it to me. If they are overwhelmed with customers this is one customer they'll never have to worry about again.
