Christy is absolutely the best. Her customer service is amazing and she has such a wonderful personality. The complex looks just like it did online and the units are just the same as the ones the tour. I am so excited to be apart of their community!

I lived in a townhome for two years and never got support from Christy (property manager). My neighbor lied and said I smoked weed in the house and Christy immediately sent me a letter threatening to terminate my lease. I had to get the police involved because my neighbor who lives at 19 Queensbury Way constantly verbally attacked me and again Christy did NOTHING about it, but she did side with my neighbor EVERY SINGLE TIME (seniority). Christy responds to emails when she feels like it and sometimes doesn't respond back at all. I moved out in August and had I never reached back out to Christy I would've never received my security deposit back. Don't waste your time paying for cleaning services because Christy is going to make sure you don't get your entire deposit back. They remove the carpet after each resident moves out but she will still charge you for carpet cleaning whether you paid to have the carpet cleaned or not. Do not trust this woman if you can help it!
