Hampton Roads Junk Removal removed our yard debris, old heavy shingles, a workbench, an old mailbox with 4x4 attached, big rolls of carpet, and 3 old bifold doors today. I have no idea what is going on with this company, but my experience is the opposite of all the reviews i see. I had junk removal scheduled for yesterday and they no call/no showed me. I have been calling to get answers and only get their voicemail.

Contacting them and making an appointment was straightforward. Pricing was upfront, they showed up on time, gave a solid estimate on how long it would take, and kept to their word & timeline. They also managed to work around other construction I had going on in my yard. Very professional, I would use them again. Wes and his helper were professional, helpful and fast. They cleared out a 2 car garage in 2 hours which included helping me go through several boxes, moving items being kept and sweeping the garage floor. The price was better than one other service I called and I even got a senior discount. Will be using them again for my next junk clearing project for sure.
