Best Western Plus Harrisonburg

Nice motel. Conveniently located with fairly easy access from cr 11. Ample truck parking. The only downside is that the motel is located next to the Harrisonburg truck stop, so you hear some of the noise from the big trucks. Friendly staff.

They're obviously in the middle of renovating. Everything in the room seemed brand new and very clean. Staff was very polite. Right next to a truck stop with a decent diner, which was convenient. It seems like they will offer more amenities when the work is finished. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

My daughter's school track team had reserved rooms and the hotel gave their rooms to another school. Once they got rooms ready it was after 10pm. Once in the room she said she saw a bug in her bed. Now we are worried she brought bed bugs home. I'm beyond mad about this. Wish they would have went to a different hotel

Even though the hotel was under renovation it was clean and quiet. The lady at the front desk was so helpful and accomidating. Dara went out of her way to help us and I truely appreciate that kind of customer service.
