Waited 30 minutes without being waited on. Seated for 30 minutes without even a drink order. I ended up leaving. Manager was kind, waitstaff needs serious work.

Sat at the bar. Bartender only paid attention to the gentleman sitting at the end of the bar. She either knew him or had the hots for him. She complained about her job and how busy she was, because of some new policy with her having to ring up all tickets. Again I only know this because I over heard the conversations with the guy at the end of the bar. The rest of us at the bar were a bother to her. Had to ask each time I needed a beer, my steak was over cooked and tough, I did not eat. My asparagus because it was soggy, bartender noticed I only took few bites of my steak, I took one bite of my asparagus and put the rest of it on what was left of my salad. She never asked about my food, again only paid attention to the guy at the end of the bar, and the bar had 6 people at it. The guy next to me even made a comment about how she was not doing her job. I typically dont leave reviews, especially bad ones, I travel to Harrisonburg often, typically eat at Texas steakhouse and thought I would give longhorn a try, going back to Texas steak house and would recommend that to anyone who travels and typically sits at the bar. Again your experience may very but for me because I am in the service industry and I pay attention to all things service, I would not stand for that in my locations.
