        We love living here - it is convenient, has good views, and people are almost universally friendly. One thing that makes a difference: on the rare occasions when something goes wrong, the maintenance team is great to work with. They show up on time and do a good job. Jonathan and Juan are professional, efficient, and effective at solving problems. They help make this a place where people like to live.

        Our HVAC system wasnt working properly during a snowstorm. Juan came quickly, took time to diagnose the issue, and immediately fixed it. He was quick, kind and knowledgeable.

        Im in the middle of my second lease here so I wanted to wait awhile to post a review. Ive lived in both Cortland and Bell properties for years and this was my first adventure with Kettler. My time here has been exceptional overall. All requests for maintenance are done quicker than anywhere Ive ever lived which is a HUGE victory. The gym is nice and the game/movie room is really cool! The convenience of walking downstairs to a plethora of restaurants is really great and they have a little key chain you can use for discounts in the village as well. The apartments themselves are nice, good water pressure in the shower and I havent seen a single bug in my apartment in the year a half Ive lived here. The pool is nice and hardly ever has screaming kids like my last place in Ashburn. They have the Amazon boxes for safety and the neighbors have all been really nice. The one thing I dont love is the washer and dryer stackables they provide. The lint that builds up quickly is a nuisance and Im by myself with no animals. I cant imagine what it would look like for multiple people with pets! Every time I open the door lint is coming out no matter the size of the laundry load. First world problems I suppose lol The Metropolitan is a beautiful and clean apartment complex that I definitely recommend others to check out.
