Spent many months trying to get my car taken care of by no fault of Laslies. Paul has been absolutely amazing to work with when trying to deal with the insurance company and getting my car taken care of. He went over and beyond my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone. He was always kind, respectful, and honest with every communication we had over these past few months. He has a customer for life.

Ive been calling day in and out about my step-mothers car. They tend to transfer me to someone who knows nothing. This has been such a headache. Im at the point I literally want to rip my hair out of my head. Been two months ! So over it!

My son is a college student at liberty University. My sons car was overheating. They installed the new radiator. I told them to go ahead and replace the water pump the thermostat and new hoses, upper and lower the whole cooling system. A few months later the radiator exploded sitting in a parking lot. We had the car towed back to Lasley. They told us they could not fix the repair. Send us to somebody else, he was diagnosed that the radiator they put in was defective. The radiator was replaced. It cost of $800 the repairman that we were sent to sent pictures of the radiator to Lasleys. They were only willing to replace the amount of money for the radiator, not the repair, even though they would not stand by their work , I would give them less than a one star if I could
