        Look, we love NFCU but we have not had good experiences at this branch. Story short - they made my wife wait for almost an hr just to tell her to scan documents and wait as the "right people" weren't in. We went there because the original guidance was to "go to the branch for the expedited experience". This was quite frustrating.

        NFCU is the champion of credit unions. Always helpful, and they can replace a lost or stolen debit card in the branch in about 3 minutes.

        The very large dark man on the far left was very very rude when I deposited my check. He told me it was fake when it wasn't. No one should be so rude and prejudge people for the way they look!
