The only staff members who were kind and welcoming were the female night auditor and the male breakfast attendant. The female operations manager was very rude and curt and had a major attitude problem. She refused to even give us a tangerine for the road for my 3 year old. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and both my husband and I woke up with back pain. I do not recommend this hotel at all and we will never stay here again.

This has been our go to hotel in this area. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. Rooms are always clean and well kept. Rooms: Rooms are clean and well kept. There is less lighting than I would normally prefer but there is a desk and chair in every room. Normal bathrooms have a walk in shower with good water pressure. Nearby activities: There are lots of places to eat and things to do off of Hull Street rd. Walkability: The area is not walkable. It is possible and safe to walk to the Arby's next door and the shopping center next to that, which includes a Publix.

Im giving this hotel two stars because i want to be fair. HOWEVER! There are a number of negatives that I have to mention. Upon arrival there was nobody at the front desk and I had to go my car and wait for a young man to return without even an apology or acknowledgment. Then - upon entering the room I notice that the Queen size beds are very small and appear to be double beds. I have a Queen size bed at home and do know the difference! The ice machine on our floor was not working as well as the vending machine! The breakfast is mediocre and they only serve standard things like PORK(no turkey option) sausages, powdered eggs, and waffles. Oh- did I mention that the water was lukewarm and I couldnt take a hot shower. Im not sure how people were able to give this hotel a 8/10 review with all these deficits. I mentioned this to the lady at the front desk who stated I would have to wait for another room due to expected arrivals and didnt seem to care. There are just too many hotels in the area that could have been better. Not returning to Sleep Inn!

I booked for 7 nights. I arrived early, at 1 pm, before 3 pm check in time. They said that they couldn't check me in early. I didn't raise any issue about that. I just stated that I would wait in a lobby. I was tired and slept slumped in a lobby chair. After about an hour, the clerk told me that they have an available room and told me that they could check me in early with $25 fee. I told them that I would wait, and they let me sleep in the lobby chair. On the first night, I had to check out at around 3 am because the room was too cold. I set the temperature to 75, the highest temperature the room temperature controller allowed. The heater was constantly blowing cold air. When I turned it off, then the room became too cold. I didn't know what to do about that. Turn on the heater, cold air comes out. Turn off the heater, the room became too cold for my sleep. I asked about this, the clerk seemed annoyed about my inquiry. Also, the electricity supplied by the wall outlet was too weak to charge my normal laptop. When I raised the issue, the clerk insisted that it is my computer which had a problem. He wouldn't listen to me. Too cold to sleep, my laptop not charging, I had enough of it and checked out at around 3 am because I needed good sleep and I needed to charge my laptop for the day's work. The clerk told me that there is no guarantee that I will get refund for the 6 nights I wouldn't use. If they conducted an honest business, they should have refunded me the entire 7 night stay amount with apology for making my stay there miserable. I never raised my voice and calmly stated my problems. I thanked them at the end of every communication with them. I thanked them when I was going out of the hotel. They didn't respond to me. They were friendly until they decided not to be friendly to me with no fault on my side. Typical behavior of dishonest immoral people. When I plugged in my laptop in another hotel, of course, the laptop charged fine.
